Affiliate Program Terms
Version 2026-10-05. These terms apply to everyone who applies to or takes part in the TalkCo Affiliate Program. Questions? Write to [email protected].
1. The program
Approved affiliates get a personal TalkCo link and affiliate code to share with students or followers. When people you refer subscribe to TalkCo, you earn a commission as described below.
2. Applying and approval
Everything you tell us in your application must be true. We review each application by hand and may approve it, decline it, or ask you for more information. We don't have to give a reason for declining.
3. Commission
You earn a percentage of what a referred customer actually pays for a TalkCo subscription. Your rate is shown on your affiliate dashboard. Rates start at 10% and go up to 20% unless we tell you otherwise. It applies to the first payment and to every renewal while that customer stays subscribed. It is calculated on the amount charged after any discount and before tax. You earn nothing on free plans, free trials or free periods.
At the moment commissions are only recorded for subscriptions bought on the TalkCo website. Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are not tracked yet and don't earn commission.
4. How a customer is credited to you
A person is credited to you when they open your link and later create a new TalkCo account in the same browser within 60 days, or when they type your affiliate code while creating a new account. Only the first affiliate a person is linked to counts, and it can't be changed afterwards. People who already had a TalkCo account are not eligible. We use our own records to decide who is credited, and our decision is final.
5. No commission on your own purchases
You can't earn commission on subscriptions you buy for yourself, for accounts you control, or for anyone using your email address or an alias of it. We may cancel any commission that looks like a self-purchase or other abuse, before or after it is paid.
6. Payouts
New commission starts as pending on your dashboard. It becomes payable 14 days after the customer's payment, which gives time for refunds and disputes. We arrange the payout method and timing with you directly. You must give us accurate payment details, and you are responsible for any tax you owe on what you earn.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
If a customer's payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is cancelled. If we already paid it to you, we may deduct it from your future payouts.
8. How you may promote TalkCo
Be honest. Don't spam, don't mislead people, and don't promise results TalkCo can't guarantee. Don't pretend to be TalkCo or speak for it. Follow the rules of the platforms you post on, and say clearly that you earn a commission when the law or those rules require it.
9. What you can see
Your dashboard shows counts and payments without the identity of the people you refer. We don't share customers' personal details with affiliates. How we handle the information in your application is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and ending
We may change these terms or your commission rate for future payments, and we'll tell you before it takes effect. We may pause or end your participation at any time, for example for breaking these terms. You can leave at any time by emailing us. Commission you have already earned and that is payable stays payable, unless it was gained through a breach of these terms.
11. No guarantee, no employment
We don't promise any level of earnings. You are an independent affiliate, not an employee, agent or representative of TalkCo.

၁။ အစီအစဉ်
အတည်ပြုထားသော Affiliateများသည် ကျောင်းသားများ သို့မဟုတ် Follower များထံ မျှဝေရန် ကိုယ်ပိုင် TalkCo လင့်ခ်နှင့် Affiliateကုဒ် ရရှိပါသည်။ သင်ညွှန်းပေးသူများ TalkCo သို့ subscribe လုပ်သည့်အခါ အောက်ပါအတိုင်း ကော်မရှင် ရရှိပါမည်။
၂။ လျှောက်ထားခြင်းနှင့် အတည်ပြုခြင်း
သင့်လျှောက်လွှာတွင် ပြောပြသမျှ အမှန်ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။ လျှောက်လွှာတိုင်းကို လူကိုယ်တိုင် စစ်ဆေးပြီး လက်ခံခြင်း၊ ငြင်းပယ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အချက်အလက် ထပ်မံတောင်းခံခြင်း ပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။ ငြင်းပယ်လျှင် အကြောင်းပြချက် ပေးရန် မလိုပါ။
၃။ ကော်မရှင်
သင်ညွှန်းပေးထားသော ဖောက်သည်တစ်ဦးက TalkCo subscription အတွက် အမှန်တကယ် ပေးချေသည့် ပမာဏ၏ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းတစ်ခုကို သင်ရရှိပါသည်။ သင့်ရာခိုင်နှုန်းကို Affiliate dashboard တွင် ကြည့်နိုင်ပြီး၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ အခြားပြောကြားခြင်း မရှိလျှင် ရာခိုင်နှုန်းသည် ၁၀% မှ စ၍ ၂၀% အထိ ရှိပါသည်။ ပထမဆုံး ပေးချေမှုအပြင် ထိုဖောက်သည် subscribe ဆက်လုပ်နေသရွေ့ သက်တမ်းတိုးတိုင်းတွင်လည်း ရရှိပါမည်။ လျှော့စျေးနုတ်ပြီးနောက်၊ အခွန်မထည့်မီ ပေးချေသည့် ပမာဏအပေါ် တွက်ချက်ပါသည်။ အခမဲ့ အစီအစဉ်၊ အခမဲ့ စမ်းသုံးမှု သို့မဟုတ် အခမဲ့ ကာလများအတွက် ကော်မရှင် မရပါ။
လက်ရှိတွင် TalkCo ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်မှ ဝယ်ယူသော subscription များအတွက်သာ ကော်မရှင်ကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ပါသည်။ Apple App Store သို့မဟုတ် Google Play မှ ဝယ်ယူမှုများကို အခုထိ မခြေရာခံနိုင်သေးသဖြင့် ကော်မရှင် မရပါ။
၄။ ဖောက်သည်ကို သင့်အဖြစ် မှတ်တမ်းတင်ပုံ
လူတစ်ဦးသည် သင့်လင့်ခ်ကို ဖွင့်ပြီး ၆၀ ရက်အတွင်း ထို browser တွင်ပင် TalkCo အကောင့်အသစ် ဖွင့်လျှင် သို့မဟုတ် အကောင့်အသစ်ဖွင့်စဉ် သင့်Affiliateကုဒ်ကို ရိုက်ထည့်လျှင် သင့်အဖြစ် မှတ်တမ်းတင်ပါသည်။ လူတစ်ဦးနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ထားသော ပထမဆုံး Affiliateကိုသာ ရေတွက်ပြီး နောက်ပိုင်း ပြောင်း၍ မရပါ။ TalkCo အကောင့် ရှိပြီးသားလူများသည် အရည်အချင်း မပြည့်မီပါ။ မည်သူ့ကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်မည်ကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ မှတ်တမ်းများဖြင့် ဆုံးဖြတ်ပြီး ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်သည် နောက်ဆုံး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၅။ ကိုယ်တိုင်ဝယ်ယူမှုအတွက် ကော်မရှင် မရပါ
သင်ကိုယ်တိုင်အတွက်၊ သင်ထိန်းချုပ်သော အကောင့်များအတွက် သို့မဟုတ် သင့်အီးမေးလ်လိပ်စာ (သို့) ၎င်း၏ alias ကို အသုံးပြုသူတစ်ဦးအတွက် ဝယ်ယူသော subscription များတွင် ကော်မရှင် မရနိုင်ပါ။ ကိုယ်တိုင်ဝယ်ယူမှု သို့မဟုတ် အခြား အလွဲသုံးစားလုပ်မှုနှင့် တူသော ကော်မရှင်မှန်သမျှကို ပေးချေမှု မတိုင်မီ သို့မဟုတ် ပေးချေပြီးနောက်တွင်ပင် ပယ်ဖျက်နိုင်ပါသည်။
၆။ ငွေပေးချေခြင်း
ကော်မရှင်အသစ်သည် သင့် dashboard တွင် “စောင့်ဆိုင်းဆဲ” (pending) အဖြစ် စတင်ပါသည်။ ဖောက်သည်၏ ပေးချေမှုမှ ၁၄ ရက်ကြာပြီးနောက် ထုတ်ပေးနိုင်သည့် အခြေအနေ ဖြစ်လာပါသည်။ ၎င်းသည် ငွေပြန်အမ်းမှုနှင့် အငြင်းပွားမှုများအတွက် အချိန်ပေးထားခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ငွေပေးချေမည့် နည်းလမ်းနှင့် အချိန်ကို သင်နှင့် တိုက်ရိုက် သဘောတူညီပါမည်။ သင်သည် မှန်ကန်သော ငွေလက်ခံရေး အချက်အလက်များ ပေးရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ရရှိသော ဝင်ငွေအပေါ် ပေးရမည့် အခွန်ကို သင်ကိုယ်တိုင် တာဝန်ယူရပါမည်။
၇။ ငွေပြန်အမ်းခြင်းနှင့် chargeback
ဖောက်သည်၏ ပေးချေမှုကို ငွေပြန်အမ်းလျှင် သို့မဟုတ် chargeback ဖြစ်လျှင် ၎င်းအပေါ် ကော်မရှင်ကို ပယ်ဖျက်ပါမည်။ သင့်ထံ ပေးချေပြီးသား ဖြစ်လျှင် နောက်လာမည့် ငွေပေးချေမှုများမှ ပြန်နုတ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
၈။ TalkCo ကို မည်သို့ ကြော်ငြာနိုင်သနည်း
ရိုးသားပါ။ spam မလုပ်ပါနှင့်၊ လူများကို လှည့်စားခြင်း မပြုပါနှင့်၊ TalkCo မပေးနိုင်သော ရလဒ်များကို ကတိမပေးပါနှင့်။ TalkCo ဟု ဟန်ဆောင်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် TalkCo ကိုယ်စား ပြောဆိုခြင်း မပြုပါနှင့်။ သင်ပို့စ်တင်သည့် ပလက်ဖောင်းများ၏ စည်းမျဉ်းများကို လိုက်နာပါ။ ဥပဒေ သို့မဟုတ် ထိုစည်းမျဉ်းများက လိုအပ်လျှင် ကော်မရှင် ရရှိကြောင်း ရှင်းရှင်းလင်းလင်း ဖော်ပြပါ။
၉။ သင်ကြည့်ရှုနိုင်သည့်အရာ
သင့် dashboard တွင် သင်ညွှန်းပေးသူများ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက် မပါဘဲ အရေအတွက်နှင့် ပေးချေမှုများကိုသာ ပြသပါသည်။ ဖောက်သည်များ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးကိုယ်တာ အချက်အလက်များကို Affiliateများနှင့် မမျှဝေပါ။ သင့်လျှောက်လွှာပါ အချက်အလက်များကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ကိုင်တွယ်ပုံကို ကိုယ်ရေးကိုယ်တာ မူဝါဒ တွင် ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။
၁၀။ ပြောင်းလဲခြင်းနှင့် ရပ်စဲခြင်း
ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များ သို့မဟုတ် နောက်ပိုင်း ပေးချေမှုများအတွက် သင့်ကော်မရှင်နှုန်းကို ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပြီး အကျိုးသက်ရောက်မည့်အချိန် မတိုင်မီ အသိပေးပါမည်။ ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များ ချိုးဖောက်ခြင်းစသည့် အကြောင်းကြောင့် သင့်ပါဝင်မှုကို အချိန်မရွေး ခေတ္တရပ်ဆိုင်းခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ရပ်စဲခြင်း ပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကို အီးမေးလ်ပို့၍ အချိန်မရွေး ထွက်ခွာနိုင်ပါသည်။ သင်ရရှိပြီး ဖြစ်ပြီး ထုတ်ပေးနိုင်သည့် ကော်မရှင်သည် ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များ ချိုးဖောက်၍ ရရှိခြင်း မဟုတ်လျှင် ဆက်လက်ရရှိပါမည်။
၁၁။ အာမခံချက် မရှိခြင်းနှင့် ဝန်ထမ်း မဟုတ်ခြင်း
ဝင်ငွေ မည်မျှရမည်ဟု ကတိမပေးပါ။ သင်သည် လွတ်လပ်သော Affiliateတစ်ဦး ဖြစ်ပြီး TalkCo ၏ ဝန်ထမ်း၊ ကိုယ်စားလှယ် သို့မဟုတ် ကိုယ်စားပြုသူ မဟုတ်ပါ။
